Fulfilling Your Mandate provides the biblical foundations, practical business tools and supportive community you need to move from good intentions to consistent action.
During the programme, you will examine both the entrepreneur you are becoming and the enterprise you are building. You will strengthen your relationship with God, develop your character, clarify your purpose and put the teams, systems and strategies in place to support sustainable growth.

There comes a point when preparation must become movement.

The first month is dedicated to assembling the tribe. You will get to know one another, build trust, understand the journey ahead and establish the foundations for meaningful accountability. From there, the learning journey unfolds through key areas including:
Understanding the Dominion Mandate
Explore the biblical foundation for Kingdom enterprise, delegated authority and what it means to exercise dominion through business. You will consider not only what you are building, but why you are building it and whom it is ultimately intended to serve.
Stewarding Finances
Develop the financial understanding, discipline, integrity and systems required to steward increase well. You will be challenged to think beyond making money and consider how Kingdom wealth should be created, managed and deployed.
Optimising Artificial Intelligence
Discover practical tools and workflows that can increase productivity, improve decision-making and release your capacity to lead. The focus is not technology for technology's sake, but using it wisely to support your purpose, people and operations.
Preparing to Scale
Examine the leadership, operational and structural foundations that must be in place before significant growth arrives. You will identify the gaps that could restrict your business and begin developing the systems required to carry increase.
Business Simulations
Work through realistic strategic challenges with your tribe. These interactive sessions will stretch your thinking and strengthen your ability to solve problems, make decisions, communicate clearly and apply Kingdom principles under pressure.

Fulfilling Your Mandate is currently delivered in London. As new tribes are established and the Dominion Mandate network grows, the programme intends to expand into other parts of the United Kingdom.
